Forensic Architecture
Forensic Architecture an agency that undertakes advance spatial and media investigation into many cases including human right violation, the human right organisation, international prosecutor, environmental justice groups and media organisations. The work contains open source investigation, use of digital and physical models, 3D animation, virtual reality environments and cartographic platforms. Using these environments, they analyse photographs, videos, audio and files and testimonies to reconstruct events. The digital model is a tool to interview survivors and find new ways to explore the trauma.

Correlation between Architecture and Rabia Assri's video
Forensic Architecture makes cases studies on violence, human right violation and environmental eradication around the world. Through many techniques, they build on accurate information to inform people about the breach to human around the world. This influenced my work on the investigation on the harbour bridge different design proposal. The Harbour Bridge is an iconic man-made landmark for Australia, but not many people know the history and the design competition. My websites showcase both of these aspects. The different designs of the harbour bridge affect the city in many ways.

Through the use of 3D animation of the designs in the landscape of where the Harbour Bridge shows two things; one is the aesthetic but also the influence these bridges have to the connection between the city and the people. The first two designs are moderated against one another and using 3D animation and virtual reality environment we see how the bridge would look like, however, through the investigation, we can see the bridges is not compatible with the traffic hours as there are not many lanes and the bridge is narrow.

The third design also uses digital and physical models to show the bridge influence on the city as it is a strong bridge but does not meet the aesthetic look for the city and the would take too long to build, eventually taking a toll on the builders and stopping access from the city for a long time.

The fifth design is a three-way bridge but in a different location than the Harbour Bridge. Forensic architecture influenced through the 3D animation and virtual environment of the good and bad influence it has on the city. The excellent aspect is that it connects 3 points altogether making it easier to access the city; however as there will be a lot of traffic on the bridge as the middle tower is automatic. This impacts the city structure and makes delays during peak hours.

Through this investigation influenced by Forensic Architecture, we see the Harbour Bridge is the best solution for the city connecting the north and south shores. The Harbour Bridge is aesthetically pleasing, efficient with the traffic but also attracts tourists impacting the city to be a tourist point.
